From Passion to Professionalism — My Journey in IT

I've been fascinated by computers for as long as I can remember—back in 2005 I was already running my own game and file servers, learning by doing. That curiosity became a deliberate career path. In 2018 I took my first commercial role as a junior admin at a hosting company. It was demanding and fast-paced, but it taught me the craft of systems administration, security fundamentals, and how real infrastructure works.

Next came a role on a banking team, where the scale and pace forged essential habits: automation, disciplined procedures, resilience under pressure, and clear communication. With the help of experienced mentors I moved from "firefighting" to designing solutions with intent.

As a consultant I've delivered projects across financial, automotive, pharmaceutical, and media domains. That variety taught me to view technology through the business lens: reliability, deployment speed, and security.

In 2022 I founded Prime Intelligence to work flexibly in a B2B model with enterprises, SMEs, startups, and founders with ideas. I work closely with clients, with a strong focus on ethics and automation. You don't need technical knowledge to work with me—I'll guide you end-to-end, own the technical layer, and explain key decisions in a clear, business-oriented way. I'm comfortable working solo (analysis → implementation → operations) and in teams with developers, architects, testers, and stakeholders, coordinating efforts and sharing knowledge. I communicate fluently in Polish and English, enabling international collaboration.

I'm a hands-on practitioner and largely self-taught, and I continuously upskill through specialized courses and programs. You'll find a snapshot of my current and completed learning paths in the Education section.

We start from the fastest viable MVP, then iterate. After each iteration we run a short demo so decisions stay evidence-based and our direction remains aligned.
